1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Ana Picks partners with trusted global suppliers to bring you unique, high-quality products. This means your order is shipped directly from our partners' fulfillment centers to your door.

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are sent to the supplier for dispatch within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. During peak holiday seasons or major sales, processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EET) on a Friday, or on holidays, will begin processing the following business day.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Our shipping times are estimates and depend on the destination country. These estimates begin after the order processing time.

Rest of World 10–25 Business Days

Please Note: Due to our global fulfillment model, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.

3. Shipping Costs

We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Number: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This number will become active within 2–5 business days.

  • Tracking Page: You can monitor the progress of your shipment on our dedicated 

5. Customs, Duties, & Taxes

Ana Picks is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are typically charged upon arrival in the destination country.

  • All applicable customs, duties, taxes, and import fees are determined by the local customs office of the destination country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

6. Missing or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 calendar days from the shipping date, please contact us at contact@anapicks.com. We will investigate the issue and process a full refund as per our FAQ and Refund Policy.
